Emma put me at ease from the beginning as in the past I have not been so trusting of hairdressers. She really listened to me, my likes, dislikes and long term vision for my hair. I will be coming back and have now talked myself in to a colour that I've wanted and had been procrastinating about 😍 I'm excited for my hair journey with Emma... definitely worth travelling half an hour for 🥰
