Usual great hair cut by Kirsty. I used to say going to the hairdresser was no more pleasant than going to the dentist, but now I feel much more relaxed, thanks entirely to Kirsty's friendly and cheerful manner.

'Through the Looking Glass', Yatton are a fantastic Hair Salon and a true gem in our village. The staff and owner could not have been nicer. We were absolutely thrilled by our hairstyles, and the service. Thank you so much for making our visit special. Elle was amazing! She cut my hair a few weeks back and really listened to what I wanted, put me at ease and I really enjoyed my time, so I booked in for my daughter to have her hair cut, she wanted to donate her hair to the princess trust so had 11 inches cut off, and Elle was amazing with helping us with that as my daughter was extremely nurvous and anxious and she was so calm and patient and truly went above and beyond for us, we are both excited to book in again with Elle, we’re going to book a pamper treatment and glitter extensions, Thankyou Elle you made it an amazing experience for her

My first time visiting the Salon. Ellie was wonderful, made me feel very welcome, explained everything she was doing & checking I was happy with each stage. My hair took a little longer to lift than expected at the end of a long day for her, and she was so accommodating making sure it had stayed on long enough. I’m really pleased with the end result.
