Althia is the G.O.A.T !!! I had a wonderful, professional experience from consultation to styling. She was very attentive, answered all my questions, and provided me with all the maintenance information I would need to begin this journey. My hair turned out fantastic!!! Let me tell yalll ....the customer service experience was exceptional. Now the hair I originally wanted was sold out. I was in a slight panic but found another source with something similar. When I called Kimmy to make sure I was obtaining the right hair, her helpfulness was a breath of fresh air. No frustration in her voice (mind you I call she a million times lol) it was pure customer service bliss. Her work is exceptional . I love my hair and will definitely be back but who wouldn't after such an experience. Kudos to Island Serenity!!

I cannot put into words how my hands and feet feel after my mani and pedi at this fabulous establishment. Andrea was thorough and the end product was immaculate. I’ve been spoilt and coming from overseas not sure I have ever experienced such perfect treatment. One seriously satisfied customer.
