The girls in Al Barsha Branch are amazing but the management does not care for the clients as they confuse customers by double booking in other branches without the knowledge of the stylist and sending stylist to another branch whilst the stylist is still doing the services especially hair . It’s ok n no value for money even if customer has a hair cut they do not give a blow dry as management has asked the staff not to do so . If you want to stay in market the management needs to be flexible with staff and customers after all the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT .

My second visit here and abs PK didn't disappoint. I was extremely pleased the first time I visited. When I've returned to Dubai and I needed a cut I know exactly where I was going and who I was seeing. PK's attention to detail, his willingness to listen, level of care of professionalism addressed to the experience of a receiving an awesome haircut. Any time I come to Dubai I'm coming to MK in Meyan Mall and I'm seeing PK. The other barbers in the shop do wonderful work as well take your pick and you don't be disappointed.

Did my hair with Nancy, she is great. Very knowledgable about hair colors, works efficient and is very nice as well. Was my 2nd time and my go to for hair color :-))

I had facial to clean and glow my skin. It was first time in Facette bar and I am so happy about the results. I have sensitive skin and after facial I usually have marks and redness but yesterday all my pores were cleaned my skin glowing after the treatment still today I feel my skin fresh and smooth. I highly recommend facette. I will definitely go back for my future facials

Everyone there was so nice, and my haircut is perfect! Super professional, I have found my new barbershop.

I had a deep cleansing facial today at Facette. The space is absolutely beautiful and so serene. Receptionist was welcoming, polite and a pleasure to deal with. For the facial, therapist did a quick evaluation and recommended treatment according to my concerns. During the treatment, she explained what she was doing step by step which was great for an anxious person like me. Treatment lasted an hour, I left with my face feeling squeaky clean and well hydrated. Very happy with the results and can't wait to return back soon!
