Bushra was great in making my hair style. But they started late with me. I’ve waited for 40 minutes. There were other appointments with Bushra at my time. They over booked. All staff were very nice and trying to make it up for me. They offered drinks. Thank you Shade. 🙏🏻

Had the best experience at Polished Spa on my birthday! I went in for a hair treatment, blow-dry, hair trim, and pedicure, and everything was so relaxing. The staff were so sweet and made me feel really taken care of. But what made it extra special was the surprise—they brought out a birthday cake and sang for me! It was the cutest thing ever, and I genuinely didn’t expect it. The whole vibe was just so warm and welcoming, and I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and so happy. Huge thank you to the amazing team at Polished Spa for making my day so special ✨ Can’t wait to be back!

My hair was done by Myrene, I loved it and everyone complimented on my hair as it looked different and really suited me, this was my 3rd time doing my hair at shade but first time with Myrene and I will always come back to her, with previous hair stylist it wasn't bad but when I showed my 1st hair style with them and told her I want something new she did very similar style and she told me why try new this is nice too.. and my both of the times my hair opened really fast.. but with Myrene it was perfect.. stayed the whole night until the next day !

This is the place where you can get the best hair color, treatment, cut, and make new look with feeling confidence. Also, their manicure, pedicure, and nail art are amazing. Overall, when I try their services first time (before one year), I didn’t need to go for any other salon. Thank you for your amazing services, good prices, and the best staff ever.
