Found the acupuncture in hopes of starting labour since I was “overdue” (41 weeks and 3 days) very effective! Signs started after treatment Thursday afternoon, and baby born at home Saturday 3:27 am. Impressed and grateful!:)

Josh was able to pin point the problem areas early on in the session and focused getting them solved during the massage. He knows a variety of different techniques and applied them appropriately to create a real difference in the experience . Highly recommend Josh, felt excellent after both of my sessions with him.

Thomas Wakim is the BEST acupuncture therapist I have ever been to! He is a total expert at treating the body from healing an injury to calming the nervous system. Thomas is also extremely compassionate and empathetic and always knows how to treat my concerns most effectively. I ALWAYS feel better after I’ve seen Thomas. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Really great experience. I had both Acupuncture and cupping by Ping. I would Highly recommend.

I had my first session with Selina at Acupuncture Nest St. Leonard’s today. Not only did Selina make me feel at ease and very comfortable (being 34 weeks pregnant) she was very informative and shared her wealth of knowledge regarding labor, the birth experience and the benefits of acupuncture. Will be returning here and definitely recommend.
