Working FIFO my skin gets very dirty and dehydrated. Kirsten brings it back to life for me. Very happy with the products and knowledge about how to care for my skin, especially as someone that never has looked after my skin the best in the past

Holly is my favourite assistant, she does DKX Beauty credit. Diligent, polite, friendly and informative she has gained DLX a new 2 clients, after my husband and I'm have travelled elsewhere for various needs over the last 10 years. If I have any suggestions it would be to keep the glass entry doors clean, there is nothing worse than seeing grimey fingerprint s on arrival. Fresh towels on chairs and keeping bins empty. I had a tan and noticed the bin was full of the days of prior clients tissues, hair nets etc I am totally aware Holly had been there on her own for the day.

I was happy with the way that Brittany styled my eyebrows, I liked that she measured them evenly and made sure I was getting what I wanted. I was a bit concerned with the lash lift process, she did not apply the lower lash ‘pads’ (sorry not sure what they are called) and one side ended up sticking together and it would also be useful to discuss after care but this was fine since I have had the treatment before. Over all I am happy with the final product and the service provided, I only wish to provide useful feedback since I know Brittany is a new employee :)

Had a Brow Love service and a neck and shoulder massage with new team member Izzy, and she is fab! My brows are on fleek, and she was so gentle with the waxing too. Massage was divine! So thrilled that DLX has such fab new team members so I can get my appointments in!

I was early, but they managed to get me in as soon as I got there. I was impressed with the additional hygiene implementations since my visit prior to covid. I am also impressed with the ongoing communication from the business. My therapist was sick and they called me to let me know and rescheduled me back in quickly with no inconvenience to myself, I appreciate the service.

A lovely relaxing facial that felt like it was never ending. The unexpected foot, shoulder, neck & head massage was blissful & a bonus I was unaware of. Floating out on a cloud at the end was how I felt, truely delightful. Thoroughly recommend.

I have visited Citrine multiple tines over the last year for IPL and the service is always fantastic, today included. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the salon is always clean and inviting.
