Veronica gave me beautiful curly twists and did so with such skill and care. From the moment we began, her warm and gentle attitude put me at ease — something I truly value, especially because I have a very sensitive scalp. She braided my cornrows with such tenderness and precision that I was genuinely surprised at how comfortable the whole experience was. On top of that, she kept perfect time and carried herself with such hroughout. Her combination of speed, gentleness, and grace is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful to have had my hair done by her. It feels so good to be back home, my hair is so happy , I come in looking scruffy and walked out looking and feeling so good and so refreshed. I can’t wait for my next treatment appointment because the head massage I received during my wash and conditioning session left me wanting to doze off… the vibes and girl talks are always a vibe but if you are not a talker the playlist is always on point. I had such an amazing experience at this salon! I came in with my natural hair for a silk press, and the results were absolutely beautiful. What I loved most was the professional yet warm atmosphere. The atmosphere of the salon was relaxed. I had 2 treatments done the hot oil and deep conditioning I kept dosing off with the head massage and plaiting. Phindile allowed me to feel confident about my hair grow again as I actually wanted to cut. Her instructions were clear on how to take care of my hair.

I had the most beautiful experience. The service was out of this world, however the lady that did my wig lines was pulling my hair, it was a bit uncomfortable. Overall service was an 8/10
