She was great. I will definitely return. My hair was in bad shape after braids and she gave me a nice cut and style that I'm comfortable with. Extremely patient. I didn't really know what I wanted, but she gave me the perfect style that looks good on me.

Bobby is the best! The only person I go to for haircuts. He's friendly and upbeat, and an excellent barber who pays close attention to the details. Great at trimming and fading my sides and beard, and follow up with a hot towel. Tribeca hair studio is also great, the space is conveniently located, bright and clean, and reservation and payment is super easy.

London was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She really took her time educating me informed of each product she used and how it would benefit my hair. The hair came out great and she worked quickly as well. Will definitely be back to visit her chair again.

London is a beauty (hair) saver!! I came to her after a bad sew in expedience & nervous to try again. I laid out all my concerns from before, showed her what I wanted, & left it all in her hands. I've NEVER written a review in my life. No cap. But Desiree's work at The Way inspired my first. My daughter's hair was always this dry, clumpy mop that took stylists 10+ hours to braid—most visits took two days. Our first visit to The Way? A haircut and 2½ hours later, we finally got to celebrate her natural curly hair. Curls just popping and locking. Beautiful. For parents with mixed kids struggling with their children's hair—this place should be shortlisted. Highly recommended and will definitely return. Thanks, Desiree and The Way!
