Katerina is fantastic! Very friendly, professional, efficient, social and respectful. Her spa is very clean and organized and I always have a pleasant experience when there. I have tried a few other sugaring spas in Toronto and this has been the best one. Highly recommend.

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

I have been looking for a quality hair salon for a few years and finally found one. Venus and Victoria Salon & Spa is a great place with easy online appointment booking, excellent service, and friendly staff. They truly take care of you completely. I had a wonderful experience with Anissa! Anissa is awesome, gave me a lot of tips on how to take care of my hair and gave me an awesome haircut.
