Wonderdul experience. Very client-centered. They geniunely listened to my skin concerns and provided feedback on what options best fit my goals. I never felt pressure or upsold on treatments. Atmosphere was calming and the treatments are well done by professionals. So far, I've tried the lhala peel, aqua-facial, and dep skin booster. I have sensitive, textured skin and the treatments have made my complexion overall less congested, more even, and more hydrated. Thank you!

Xue Hui was great. She’s genuine and passionate about her job. Unlike many other therapists that I met, who only focus on sales and profits. I’ve willingly signed a package with her and the price is reasonable. The place isn’t like those high end environment, but Xue Hui’s facial skills is outstanding, and to me, that’s mostly what I cared about. Highly recommend Xue Hui (also known as Hui Hui) and give her an opportunity to do wonders to your face.

Went to Creature of Habit for their Clari-Toning Therapy & Facial and honestly… loved it. The place has that perfect mix of hipster and high-end,super easy to vibe with. The waiting room alone makes you want to just chill there all day. 😌 The therapist was friendly and explained everything without overcomplicating it. The treatment itself was so relaxing, my skin felt super clean, hydrated, and just… fresh. Overall good 👌 Definitely a spot I’d come back to when I want both good skin and a little escape from the hustle.

I have been seeing Louisa for a little over a year. She is such a joyous, caring, kind person, who just knows what my skin needs. She does not push other services on you, she advises and then gives you the space to decide. The oxygen facelift has been a game changer for my skin. I love this spa so much! The staff are super friendly and always make me feel comfortable, and the founder is such a lovely person—we even became friends through my visits. Never have I ever had an unpleasant experience with spa room because it's SHAN who does her work clean. Her sincerity towards her clients' needs & the care she takes during pre & post appointment are certainly commendable since the time I know her. My first visit to Creature of Habit was amazing, locating at Bugis cube leve 4 . My therapist, Pei, gave me a facial which the service was truly 10/10. The difference compared to other salons I’ve tried is remarkable. I’ll definitely be coming back again! :) Duxton outlet am coming over soon again :)

Came here for hydrafacial previously and came back again for their teeth whitening treatment. Both visits are fantastic! The service was superb, with staff explaining and making sure I'm well taken care of. Atomsphere was excellent - I always feel relaxed just stepping in, oh and I love the warm tea! Strongly recommended to pamper yourself here!
