Oihana was great. She took time to understand any previous injuries/aches/pains and asked me how firm I like my massage. I could feel her ironing out all my knots and taking time to do this and checking after. My muscles - and I as a whole - feel so much more relaxed! Thank you, as ever, UCLH Staff Spa!

Fabulous craniosacral therapy treatment. Its v unlikely I ever would have tried this treatment without the staff spa but it was fantastic. I floated out and am considering booking more CST sessions.

The care Silvia takes to explain her treatments, understands my requirements and the service she renders is truely holistic, relaxing and professional. Just had a great appointment with Diana. She is really good. It like a mini mental therapy + made me feeling completely relaxed. Well and a cleaner face too. Whiles we, men not really into facials the surprise at the end is something from an other world. The upside my wife goes there regularly and she comes home happy + there is that glow that radiates from my wife. Every time she goes there it get stronger. Who doesn’t love that, happy wife, happy man.

A fantastic haircut with John, as per usual! He is always attentive, creative and gives me exactly the cut I ask for. I also enjoy booking via the Fresha app as it's really efficient, especially for making/altering appointments when the salon is closed. Prices have just gone up: to be fair, the unisex price for short hair was lower than other comparable salons in the area for women's cuts and the new price (£48) is standard for this part of London and still much lower than in Upper Street, Islington. John and Sophie are very experienced hair stylists and a great haircut is always worth it.
