First visit today at Stretched Glasgow and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. Amy was fantastic she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived and explained each stretch clearly as she went along. After just one session, the pain in my neck has gone. My whole body feels lighter, and I already notice a huge improvement in my movement. I’ll definitely be back!

Visited Stretch in Glasgow for the first time and booked the full package – assisted stretch, sauna and cold plunge. Georgie was excellent from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, checked in throughout the session, and made sure not to push things too far, especially with my right knee due to an old injury. The stretch itself was brilliant and I genuinely felt the difference afterwards. The sauna and cold plunge were the perfect way to finish up, and having the space to myself made it even better for switching off and resetting. Overall, a great experience.

Bryan quickly understood what my problem was and delivered a deep stretching adapted to my needs and tolerance in a professional manner. Then he gave me advice on some moves I could do at home. Definitely a great practitioner in a comfortable environment.

Lewis was absolutely phenomenal. Stretched parts of me that I didn’t know needed stretched! Really good communication and checking in all the way through. Left feeling like I was floating. I don’t live in Glasgow but I’m tempted to come back to the city just for this!!

My first visit to, Stretched Glasgow and it definitely was, from ''Head to Toe'' I had Niamh for my session, she instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is excellent at her job, easy to talk with and she took time to explain everything that was happening and also listened to why I was there and my needs. I will be booking again with Niamh to follow up. Downstairs in the cold pools and sauna was a great way to end. All staff I met where great and the environment was very chilled and relaxed. Thank you!

Was given as a gift voucher. Talked through what was going to happen and set expectations. All good. Although need hooks to hang up coats as Glasgow is wet and the wee dookits aren’t any good for wet coats.

Beautiful & stylish decor, lovely friendly staff who were very accommodating & excellent facilities. The infrared sauna experience was so relaxing & you are able to choose how you spend your 55 minutes in the combination experience. I did a couple of cold plunge’s & spent the rest of the time in the Sauna- I felt amazing after it. Highly recommend
