It was amazing to be back! The Covid safety precautions in the salon are outstanding and it’s clear that Carmen has covered all bases to ensure her clients feel safe and confident in the current climate. Carmen, as always, did a very thorough consultation before we agreed on the style I wanted and, as usual, I wasn’t disappointed. I’m so happy with my hair but I always am when I leave the salon. I’d been a regular at Nicky Clarke’s before I found Kai Kos and have never gone back. Kai Kos (especially Carmen and Ross) are the best stylists/ colourists I’ve ever had.

Eden was brilliant, took her time to make sure I was 100% with what I was having done. She was friendly and easy going, we had a lovely chat. And my hair was incredible, completely transformed my look, I am so so happy with her work, I definitely recommend her work & her patience. She made sure everything she did was exactly what I wanted! Brilliant service from start to finish. Jahnay was very professional and very friendly. It was my first time having braids in a salon and Jahnay explained what to expect, we discussed what hairstyle I would like to my preference and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the period that she braided my hair. I love my hairstyle, lovely relaxed salon, friendly environment and reasonably priced. I would recommend!
