This was my first appointment with Nita as she was recommended by my other hairstylist Shida. Nita made me feel welcome and put me at ease. She asked me lots of questions about my hair and explained the process she was going to take. I am very happy with the result and my hair feels refreshed. I will definitely be booking another treatment. 😊

I recently had Kay, a mobile hairdresser, come to my hotel where I was staying in Birmingham, and she did an amazing job! Kay took her time to make sure my hair was perfect and used really good products that made my hair feel fantastic. The Olaplex treatments were incredible She was super professional and friendly, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The best part was how reasonably priced her service was, especially considering she came to my location. I highly recommend Kay for anyone needing a great hairdresser on the go. I'll definitely be booking her again!

It was amazing to be back! The Covid safety precautions in the salon are outstanding and it’s clear that Carmen has covered all bases to ensure her clients feel safe and confident in the current climate. Carmen, as always, did a very thorough consultation before we agreed on the style I wanted and, as usual, I wasn’t disappointed. I’m so happy with my hair but I always am when I leave the salon. I’d been a regular at Nicky Clarke’s before I found Kai Kos and have never gone back. Kai Kos (especially Carmen and Ross) are the best stylists/ colourists I’ve ever had.

I booked an appointment with Vee through Fresha, and I’m so glad I did! She took the time to discuss the state of my hair and what styles would work best for me during the consultation. She also answered any questions I had about my hair. Her approach was incredibly professional and thoughtful, and she was so gentle with my hair throughout the entire process. You can tell that she is passionate about what she does, and her attention to detail is amazing. I’ll definitely be returning for my next appointment. Highly recommend! 10/10

I booked with Lera for a wash, cut and blowdry, supervised by senior stylist Demi. I was delighted with my hair at the end of the appointment - it was exactly what I wanted. The customer service was excellent and Lera was super friendly and made me feel at ease very quickly. Especially as Lera is an older apprentice, this felt like an absolute bargain and I’ll definitely be back! 100% would recommend.

Iv always enjoy coming here to get my hair done from clair and staff are all wonderful and so sweet ive been to many different ones wolverhampton Scotland walsall Birmingham and london out all of these this is best one and would suggest to other to go here thank you molly and clair xx

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham
