I had the pleasure of being a model for Claire today. What a tremodoues experience I had. I was told at the beginning what was going to happen. I was asked if I had any target areas of pain, which where treated.I was shown at home exercises that would help me to maintain some strength. Claire explained a few posiblities that could be causing me the pain.I will definalty be back again very professional exeprince.

I had the colour put back in my lips today, With lip blush lip tattoo by Alex, even though I have tattoos already i was a bit nervous but Alex soon calmed any nerves, explaining everything she was going to be doing and then explaining it as she did it putting me at ease and thier wasn't any pain, For men who have lost the colour in thier lips as they age i would really recommend having a lip tattoo it's pain free and the results are amazing. Alex is a true artist and it was a totally five star treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a consultation with Alex to discuss booking an appointment for having my lips tattooed to put the colour back into them, Alex explained the whole procedure to me telling me about what I need to do before the appointment and after care once the lips have been tattooed, Alex was very informative and answered all questions i had. I had a great massage with Claire today. at the start Claire asks you if you have any issues or niggles, I said my shoulders feel very tight so Claire concentrated on my shoulders using massage and using the amazing Hot stones aswell, I had a full body massage and Claire also worked on my legs as I have a 10k race on Saturday, my shoulders and legs feel great, ready to race 🏃‍♂️ A totally five star treatment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can’t express enough how great my visit was to see Emma at Holistic Butterfly. Emma is warm and friendly amazing human being that truly cares. Emma takes time to understand and learn about you which really adds to her services. I experienced Reflexology and Reiki… it was fantastic!!! I felt feelings I had never felt and more importantly, while receiving the treatment my thoughts switched off.. which is incredible, I can’t remember ever experiencing that before. I had a wonderful massage with Claire. Instructions for arrival were clear, I was greeted warmly when I arrived and was offered a drink. Claire listened to my concerns and was friendly and professional. The massage was amazing, pressure was perfect! I left feeling very relaxed, with some stretches and aftercare.
