I had a wonderful first experience at Biba Croydon. Michael was absolutely lovely—he took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and offered thoughtful advice, which I really appreciated. His attention to detail during the cut and styling was evident, and I am extremely happy with the final result. I also enjoyed a very relaxing head massage by Courtney, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this salon.

I enjoy coming to Biba Croydon, and leaving with my hair looking and feeling great. It was pleasant being pampered with a head massage, moisturing treatment, and great cut. Very happy with Faye, her knowledge of hair care, pleasant company - my hair feels so soft and bouncy today.. Great location, but parking difficult.. p.s. left my bottle of moisturising treatment on counter. Maybe I can pick it up next appointment?

A previous appointment meant mine was pushed back a bit, but being able to schedule an appoinment and know roughly when you are getting your cut is way better than turning up to a barber and just waiting for a space. Buzz cut was done and dusted nice and quickly when I got in the chair. Everything went nice and smoothly, and everyone was really good to chat with. Definatley coming back again for my next cut
