11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

I have been a long-time customer of Masumi, and she is truly amazing. I have naturally frizzy, wavy hair that is very difficult to manage on my own, but Masumi always performs a total transformation. What I appreciate most is that she designs styles to last—she doesn't just focus on how it looks today, but how it will grow out. My highlights blend perfectly into my roots even months later! She is a master of everything: highlights, Japanese straight perms, and haircuts. Also, don’t miss out on her shampoo—her head massages are the best! I highly recommend her to anyone.

I came to the salon with three years of post-chemo therapy growth and it was wild. Robert did a brilliant job of cutting and styling my hair to perfection. I left feeling wonderful and my frizzy, coarse curls were soft, manageable and practically smiling themselves. He is a true curl whisperer.

Excellent experience! I walked in without an appointment and was accommodated in 20min. Having walked off a plane from Miami that day, my hair was a frizzy mess with tons of split ends. Lyn gave me the best haircut and beard treatment experience I’ve ever had. Straight razor, hot towel, shampoo. it honestly felt more like a luxury spa treatment than just a haircut. I was visiting NYC and I needed a blow dry, I was able to book straight away and the girls where super nice and helpful. The hair dresser gave me a really bouncy blow dry that lasted me for 1 week. Highly recommend.
