11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

I have been a long-time customer of Masumi, and she is truly amazing. I have naturally frizzy, wavy hair that is very difficult to manage on my own, but Masumi always performs a total transformation. What I appreciate most is that she designs styles to last—she doesn't just focus on how it looks today, but how it will grow out. My highlights blend perfectly into my roots even months later! She is a master of everything: highlights, Japanese straight perms, and haircuts. Also, don’t miss out on her shampoo—her head massages are the best! I highly recommend her to anyone.

I had a great experience at Toto hair! I came in looking for a trim and face framing. Kelly did an amazing job and took her time with my blowout/straightening as well. I have medium length and it was actually $77 (straightening + $20) since it was my first appointment I got a discount, but it would normally be $90 + $20 for straightening. Would highly recommend!

Love getting my hair washed there, water pressure is great. Hair assistant always does a great job. Had my hair colored, and keratin for the third times there. Curly and his assistant Rose were very good. Never had to worry if they will do a good job. Price is good especially for what you get.

I am a first time customer at Balayage Me hair salon- it is a great experience being a customer there. I used my first Groupon promotion here- it was a smooth process. Ineesa and Johnny did an AMAZING job with the joint services provided- partial balayage, haircut, Olaplex (shampoo), toner, and blow dry. The salon owner David and staff are very patient, professional, and polite- they answered all the questions I had about the Groupon salon services visit. I highly recommend this hair salon. I am very grateful and very satisfied with the result.
