Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Wow, wow, wow… thank you so much to Fran for the most fabulous hair! You are an absolute superstar. It was my first visit, and I felt at ease straight away—Fran was so friendly and instantly knew exactly what to do with my hair it was done to perfection, and I absolutely love it! Such a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in, and all the ladies there are amazing. The salon is a real gem and well worth a visit.

I'm a repeat customer & all my experiences are 5 star. I've had different treatments inc full highlights, full scalp bleach, fashion colours and hair cuts when growing my hair out after a buzz cut. I always feel looked after. The hair & styling cuts are of high standard, communication is excellent - it doesn't feel awkward to ask questions or speak up if I think there is misunderstanding of what I want. It was very calm and relaxing my face felt so soft, smooth and clean afterwards.

facial and head massage was absolutely amazing. The facial left my skin feeling smooth, and the head massage was extremely relaxing.

My first time visiting Shaz yesterday and she took great care when doing my waxing and eyebrow tint. My eyebrows looks amazing! And the waxing was great too she made the whole process so easy relaxing and smooth for me. Definitely will be a regular going forwards! Highly recommend! Thank you
