Emily was so lovely as was the lovely girl who washed my hair. They asked me straight away if I'd like a coffee and didn't leave me sitting there (as I have experienced elsewhere). She cut my hair as I asked and we chatted away. Would thoroughly recommend The Coven. We also had a great experience this weekend with Emma, who cut my daughter's hair.

I’ve been going to Pheobe regularly for Botox treatments and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel completely comfortable. Phoebe is fantastic. I would trust her with my life, never-mind just my face ! 😂 So knowledgeable and sweet. She creates a really calm environment and takes her time, which is such a green flag when you are of course having work done to your face & body.
