Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!

I tried red light therapy for the first time, I had the best experience. I’ve met Dr Callum twice and he’s been so helpful on both occasions. Can’t wait to come back.

I had my first appointment/consultation with Ryan, I have calcific tendonitis on my right shoulder and have been struggling for months. Ryan is very welcoming and friendly, he explained the process of shockwave therapy very well, we went through a rehabilitation program, I am very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge. I have booked another 4 shockwave therapy sessions, looking forward to getting rid of this problem. Highly recommend M20 performance!

I first met Dan back in 2021, and from day one I was truly impressed by his professionalism, talent, and passion for his craft. About 18 months ago, he left the UK for a life experience, and now he’s back! He welcomed me like an old friend, which was a truly special moment. What amazed me even more was that he still remembered exactly how I like my haircut and beard. Absolutely impressive! Fresh trim, good company and great value for money in town.

Had microneedling with Dr Cal today, I was really nervous but he put my mind at ease and talked me through the treatment in detail. Treatment was really comfortable and manageable, looking forward to the results

Great advice and treatment. Ryan treats the whole patient. Discussing mental health and resilience techniques to work alongside the physical rehab and work with a sports injury. My daughter is a keen sportswoman and Ryan has already made her feel more in control of her journey back to fitness. Top class professional as always. Wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.

Caring and informative staff, Callum gave me a really in depth, thorough consultation in order to establish exactly what I wanted in terms of aesthetic enhancements. Super reasonably priced especially considering the level of care and time, will be back ❤️

Callum provides a proper bespoke barbering experience. Skilled, professional, and always delivers a top quality cut. Easily one of the best.

Really happy with my overall experience with Ryan. I came in for insertions Achilles tendinopathy. I've now completed a 6 session course of shockwave therapy and I have experienced gradual improvement until 4th session and in the past 2 sessions, 5-6 I've experienced significant improvement and now I'm at a level where we are doing an injury assessment to assess where I'm at with my goal of playing football and other sports.

Top barber shop with a good vibe. I get my trims off Callum who is skilled and experienced.

The staff are so lovely, informative and helpful and make you feel very welcome and make sure they leave you with all you need! The facilities are luxurious clean and relaxing! Really lovely experience so returned for second time and will probably become a member!

So another brilliant session for my teenager today. As a regional swimmer, rugby player and footballer he’s prone to doing too much and needing the team to help him put himself back together - but Ryan really is a consummate professional and his approach really is excellent. My lad understands and trusts Ryan’s advice and support and Ryan genuinely has a gift to treat the whole client not just their injury. Excellent!!

5 star service from Callum & Dan! Very aesthetically pleasing studio, coffee and drinks offered, good chat and a 10/10 haircut - what more could anyone ask for?

Ryan is excellent at what he does. He has a very broad knowledge of the body. He has a very good approach to enabling you to recover. He is also very enthusiastic and gives 110%. I always feel better after a session and more confident I can over come the issues I went with.
