Fab service as always from this gorgeous woman. Delighted with my Korean lash lift and my brow tidy. Can go on holiday now!!!! One little moan up is your arrival and how you're kept waiting on the driveway. I know you're having a treatment room built in the garden which shouldn't entail any waiting at the front door but please consider how you're going to interact with clients and make them feel welcome!!!

I’ve been following Billie’s Instagram for brows since I moved to Romford 3 years ago. I booked in for my first lamination and honestly I’ve never felt more in love with my eyebrows. I had an amazing experience. I had 0.5ml of lip filler with Shannon. Shannon made me feel very comfortable and at ease, she kept checking I was ok and asked if I needed to stop at any point. She told me all of the after care and what was best for my lips. There is no turning back now I will always come to these 2 amazing ladies.

The whole thing was amazing! Dina’s super sweet, made me feel completely comfortable, and did a beautiful natural looking job on my lip fillers (just like I asked). Fabulous experience having dermal fillers with Hannah. I didn’t really know what to ask for specifically but I told her the issues I had with my face shape. Having had a couple of sessions now albeit a long while apart, her earlier work is still looking great. There is a lot more we need to do to get where I feel I want to be but it’s a major improvement comparing photos with what I started with.
