Amazing experience as always. Made to feel comfortable and in very knowledgeable hands. A session of luxury facial, derma planing and microneedling, followed by some filler. Lauren is such a great listener and knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy. I love going to skin serenity - can’t wait for my Botox in 2 weeks! X

My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. Highly recommend. Relaxed, comfortable salon and great environment vibes. I use the sunbeds which are great, and get my lashes done by Rachel which lasted the longest from anywhere I had them done before, min 4 weeks and that’s with the heat, sweating, swimming and gale force winds. Also had 1ml lip filler for the first time and had zero pain, zero swelling and so many compliments on them. Can’t recommend enough x

3rd appt for laser hair removal on lip and chin. Can already see a big difference. I have PCOS and this has helped so much after having to wax weekly for over 20 years, now I hardly have any hair regrowth. Xx
