I am in awe of how talented Elzbieta is! She made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable as always with her lovely welcoming attitude. I had some areas that needed special products which she sourced especially for me and my needs! I even decided to add an additional treatment as I arrived which she sorted for me straight away and then we discussed a price that would work for my buget. And the treatment has worked so well and I am over the moon with my results, Elz has me looking and feeling like a supermodel as she does every time! I had a lovely appointment yesterday. The warm room, great communication from Elzbieta, and a relaxing facial left my skin feeling incredibly soft—like a baby’s. Even after waking up, my face remained smooth and refreshed. I can’t wait for my last session!

I had such a wonderful experience during my facial session today! Elzbieta welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel completely at ease. She took her time with my skin, carefully explaining each step of the process, which I really appreciated as it was my first time getting a facial.
