The staff are professional, warm and attentive. The standard of treatment is excellent. I was advised on expectations of results and guided to the most effective treatment for me and my concerns. I was thrilled with the results and the aftercare advice and products post procedure. They will never carry out a procedure that is not for you and offer an alternative. It’s important to listen to them, they know what they’re doing.

Vikki is absolutely lovely. She gives excellent advice and always takes the time to listen carefully to any concerns. She is highly professional, and I always feel completely safe in her hands, which is so important when it comes to facial treatments. There aren't many people I would trust to put needles in my face, but Vikki is incredibly reassuring and knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly, puts you at ease, and you can tell she genuinely knows what she's talking about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering treatment. I have had my previous lip filler (that I had done elsewhere) dissolved and my lips refilled by Carolina and she is highly professional, explains everything she is doing thoroughly and both treatments were virtually painless! She is lovely and makes you feel relaxed too. Would highly recommend her and will be using her again for other treatments!
