Impeccable service as always. I was nervous to have my lips dissolved, after having an awful experience elsewhere, but Nichol put me completely at ease. She explain everything thoroughly, don't to what it would feel like and explained aftercare and everything I can do to minimise swelling and bruising. I expected a lot more swelling, it went down very quickly. I'm so pleased and they haven't even fully settled.

I first turned to Britney months ago to get my lips dissolved & refilled. I now have 2.2 ml back in my lips and can't thank Britney enough for fixing my lips, being clean and sanitary, being professional and giving me the exact look I want for my lips! I suffer with coldsores terrible but since going to Britney and getting the old stuff removed I haven't had a single one. My lips had also migrated which they no longer are as they have been refilled professionally. Always reassured me when I needed it & talks you through the process!
