First time at this salon. I felt very welcomed by Rochelle who did a full set of hybrid/natural look eyelashes. Although started a lil late from the set appointment, Rochelle made sure to text me to let me know and sincerely apologised for being late. I am a mum myself and completely understand hence why I did not mind and I was quite happy she was very professional on keeping me updated. Additionally, Rochelle made sure I was cozy when asking if I was comfortable with the temperature in the salon. Rochelle is very friendly and chatty and felt at ease being there. My lashes are STUNNING!! :)

Matilda is just amazing, I just can’t fault any of her work!! She makes my lips look lush, I always love them and they’re always exactly what I want! She makes me feel so so so comfortable, completely at ease and always keeps checking in on me throughout to see if I’m okay🥰
