My experience at The blvck lounge, was amazing and I left feeling satisfied and refreshed. I had booked the Dermaplaning (a facial). Khelya was very friendly and welcoming offering me light beverages. The room was cosy and aircon really made a difference as it was a HOT day. Would definitely recommend as products are of high quality and service is immaculate, will definitely be going back.

Jade was amazing from start to finish, the appointment was pain free, her advice was amazing prior to the appointment so I could achieve the look I wanted. I’m over the moon with my results and couldn’t recommend her enough! Being met with the friendliest face in a professional yet not at all intimidating setting, I straight away knew I’d made the right decisions to come here. Molly spoke me through everything as she went in and checked in to make sure I was ok. Everything was explained beautifully and I am obsessed with my results - but already thinking about coming back ☺️. Highly highly recommend!

Molly was absolutely amazing, I tend to feel anxious at new places but she made me feel really comfortable, explaining the whole process thoroughly, while being reassuring!
