Sabrina was beyond amazing! She was so patient with my questions and so gentle with the treatment. It was my first time getting lip filler, and she explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable with the procedure at each step of the way. Couldn’t be happier with the results and my first time getting it done. Definitely recommend!

Taylor was professional and did some things that others haven't done, putting the oil on her hands and waving her hands under the table so you can smell it....that was lovely to start with.....

Lovely massage, we only visit Bournemouth once a year but I will definitely book in again.

First time seeing Kylie getting my nose done, been to her before for my lips and will only ever go to Kylie. She takes such a genuine interest in her clients, she knows exactly what she’s doing and she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed in her chair. Wouldn’t go to anyone else even though it takes me an hour and a half to get to Bournemouth! I’d recommend her to anyone.

Lovely new salon so nicely decorated!! Got lip fillers for the first time by kylie and couldn’t have had a better experience. She really is very good at what she does, in the past I’ve had non-surgical rhinoplasty with her as well and both times I achieved the exact results I wanted :)

The spa facilities were very basic but the massage was amazing and Barbara was lovely and friendly. She seemed very experienced and I felt very relaxed. She showed me some exercises to do to help my neck. I would fully recommend her
