My journey with Luke re-started a year ago following a break during Covid. Like many others my confidence was lost and I didn’t know how to restart my fitness journey. I finally plucked up the courage and sent Luke a message. Luke’s response was so supportive and encouraging. I booked up for PT sessions. Two weeks into my training I had a set back but with Lukes knowledge and experience he guided me through this. Week after week my confidence grew and I could see the improvement in my fitness level.
