My journey with Luke re-started a year ago following a break during Covid. Like many others my confidence was lost and I didn’t know how to restart my fitness journey. I finally plucked up the courage and sent Luke a message. Luke’s response was so supportive and encouraging. I booked up for PT sessions. Two weeks into my training I had a set back but with Lukes knowledge and experience he guided me through this. Week after week my confidence grew and I could see the improvement in my fitness level. George has been doing my hair for the past two years and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with it. She is incredibly talented, attentive, and consistently delivers results that exceed my expectations. Alway good at Bexley salon

First time sports massage and cupping, Luke was very professional, informative and helpful.

Sam is a fantastic stylist, I usually only have a cut and blow dry but ventured out to colour for the first time in my life and I was very nervous for the change, but Sam was great at reassuring me and I walked out the salon very happy with my hair! Lilly also makes a lovely cup of coffee she kept me topped up whilst I was waiting for my colour to develop. Always a lovely service at the Bexley branch.

I just had a lovely experience with Holly at the Bexley branch. Holly took the time to get my highlights & color just right. Her haircut was excellent & she sorted out my very choppy fringe. Eva was wonderful too at washing & prepping. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
