I recently had my 5th massage with Amy in as many months From my first visit, Amy expertly diagnosed my specific issues and has gradually adjusted her techniques Each session builds on the last, helping to relieve soreness and improve my flexibility, while also providing mobility & stretching exercises to incorporate into my own routine Amy’s clearly-experienced approach combines relaxation & recovery, making a noticeable difference in my own exercise/training performance & general day-to-day comfort & functionality Professional, Personable & Positive I can’t recommend Amy highly enough!

Absolutely amazing sports massage of Michael . Ive been in so much pain an now feeling like a weight been lifted off my shoulders he gone to detail on everything that was wrong in diffrent parts of my body an worked on making it better. Not only has he done my sports massage hes gaven me physio I need to work on at home . An will be keep an eye on my progress. 100 percent I would recommend him to everyone. Absolutely amazing as always. As I spend a LOT of time infront of the computer, I tend to seize up, and recently even more than usual. As always Amy identified the problem areas and rectified them. I left feeling completely relaxed and ache free

Another amazing treatment from Mike today. Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable, but he also took the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. His professional approach and expertise were evident throughout the session, which made me feel comfortable at all times The massage itself was incredibly effective, and I could immediately feel the difference Mike also provided helpful advice on stretches and self-care techniques that I could incorporate into my routine. We were so lucky to come across Amy a few years ago and have been with her ever since. She is incredibly knowledgable and is amazing at what she does. Her treatments are personalised at every appointment and she reacts to what is needed for you at the time. We wouldn’t trust our overworked muscles to be looked after by anybody else!
