Kirsty is so friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in! It’s a lovely salon decorated so beautifully. I love my hair so much and as someone with naturally wavy/curly hair, Kirsty has managed to style my hair so shiny and straight, which it hasn’t been for years. I really enjoyed my experience! 🥰 Thank you so much! ❤️

So lovely! Esha was very kind and asked all the right questions about my hair! Loved the facilities and I am so happy to have found a curl specialist salon in Stafford, having only recently moved here! Brilliant experience! Fantastic salon. Great welcome. Ellie did a wonderful job in listening to my requirements and she came up with great recommendations and suggestions. Such a challenge having fine hair that takes forever to grow and style options are limited. Great cut and blow dry and was just what I needed to give me a new style. Love my new hair. Best test of a haircut is then next day when you’ve washed it and you’re styling your hair on your own 😊 looked just as good. Thank you Ellie…just wished my hair grew quicker so the next visit would be sooner!

The salon is gorgeous and nestled in a green plot on a magnificent estate. I was lucky enough to have a 1st Curly appointment with Madison. The knowledge and skills she has meant I had a very unique hair appointment, where she literally transformed my thin and frizzy hair into soft curls and volume, framing my face. Madison is a consummate professional and having my hair restyled and pampered was like a spa experience. I learnt every step of curl care and what suits me. Madison and her sister Georgie have created a go to place for Curly people. It is the best in class.

Charlie was brilliant..She taught me how to care for my wavy hair along with a cut and blow dry. A lovely relaxing salon and friendly staff.

I have been going to the curl girl for almost 5 years. I always leave extremely happy with how my curls are treated and turn out. The only place I’ve found that I never have to apologise for having curly or thick hair! Always a pleasure to go and I always feel relaxed when leaving ☺️

My first visit to Mad Hatters today. Ellie was warm and welcoming, easy to talk too. I had a wash and blow dry, it was a very good experience and my hair looked lovely. I’m looking forward to my next visit. My thanks to Ellie.

First time there, I had Vanessa who gave me a wash and blow dry and I was so pleased with not only how she did my hair but was so professional yet really welcoming. I am returning for colour and new extensions as the advice and knowledge I was given was highly rated.
