Phoebe was brilliant. She talked me through every stage, recommending products and where to purchase, as I already have a lot of them she explained how and when to use each product. The haircut itself is amazing. I wasn't completely sure I had curly hair as it always just looks poofy. At the age of 55, I've just learnt my hair isn't just poofy and slightly wavy it is full on curly. I cannot praise her enough. The stages of washing and styling my hair were also sent to me via email while I was at the salon. Appointment already booked for next cut in 3 months. Thank you thank you.

Carly has been styling my hair for years now and I would totally recommend her. She's always lovely and attentive, listens carefully to what I want and uses her knowledge and experience to help me decide on the right cut. I have had my hair, which can be tricky to manage, in a range of styles and she delivers an amazing transformation every time. I always leave the salon excited about my new haircut and get lots of compliments.

The stylist had a hard job with me cutting my own hair. She had a lot to correct but didn’t she just. You are made to feel at ease with Kira. Thank you for being so welcoming and professional.

Keir has done my hair for years and does a fab job every time, He listens to me yapping on . we put the world to right and i love that , Would not go any where else .

So accomadting and my hair came out so much better than I expected, the staff were so lovely and chatty and made my experience there so nice especially being the first time getting my hair done professionally. Cherry answered all my questions and gave me ideas I wouldn’t even have thought about and let her go for it and my hair came out perfect and I’ve never been more happier with my look. Will definitely will be going back again!!
