Had my first Japanese spa with lucy and I didn’t know want to expect but my god I could lay there all day and let lucy do that! She talked through what she was going to do and it was super relaxing. My hair has never felt so clean and soft. Still 2 days later it is shining and feels weightless! The arm and hand massage is lovely bonus. Well done Ellen and the team for constantly ensuring they are on top with the needs of there clients!! One stop shop!

Lovely experience for Doug’s first puppy groom. He was clearly very comfortable as soon as he walked in. I picked up a puppy with the biggest smile on his face, looking so handsome and fluffed up! Long haired Rottweilers are not an every day groom, and you did a wonderful job! He clearly had the best time, and is really feeling himself now strutting around the house… “look mum I’m a grown up now”
