Been coming here for around two and a half years with Mellissa doing my hair. I am so lucky to have found her as she has transformed my hair. I consider her my friend as well as my hairdresser. Please consider employing Gracie as an apprentice in the salon, she is a beautiful young lady with an effortless and friendly nature who interacts lovely with the clients and staff and is also works hard. And of course lovely Rihanna. This salon is a credit to Norwich. The staff are amazing and so many people go out looking lovely including me😊

As ever, Shannon’s skill is unmatched when styling and cutting curly hair. I have no desire to go anywhere else for my haircuts, as she seems to be able to understand my terribly unclear creative directions to give me exactly what I want. The salon has a friendly, relaxing atmosphere that is hard to find in Norwich. I will gladly continue coming here for the foreseeable future.

Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

Best barber in Norwich 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

This was my third visit to Ineida to have a hair botox. The hair botox has allowed me to try more styles and be more versatile with my afro hair. Before I was stuck doing the same style, my hair wasn't getting any longer and I struggled to moisturise it. Now my hair is in the best condition, longer, softer and more manageable! It's the best thing I've done

My service was for wash and blow dry on a short bob. Lucy styled it well and used straighteners which gave an overall better finish. The style lasted very well through to the next day in slightly adverse weather conditions.

Amazing. My hair is very difficult and Zeynep did a great job on the roots touch-up with a very nice blow dry. And I’m very pleased with my eyebrows after the threading.

By far the best barbers in Norwich. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

I had a wash and blow dry with Kerry on Christmas Eve 2024. She did a fantastic wash and style, I was really pleased with the look and she gave me useful advice on looking after my hair. Kerry and the other staff today were very friendly and it was a lovely relaxing treat. It was my first time at this salon and I’ll definitely be back again in the near future.
