I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. A great reminder to slow down and take care of myself - can't recommend enough!

Another balayage and haircut done yesterday, and my hair looks better, healthier, and more beautiful every single time I visit Izabella's salon. Izabella is incredibly talented and truly gifted at what she does. Her whole team is amazing, the iced coffee was delicious, and the salon itself is always immaculate and welcoming. 10/10 — I would recommend her to anyone in London looking for stunning, healthy hair. I had such a lovely experience here. You can tell straight away how much Ariana genuinely loves and understands her craft, she took so much care with my hair. I just had a wash, trim and blow dry, but it was perfect! She also talked me through hair extension options in a really informative way, explaining everything clearly without any pressure at all, it was so helpful. Can’t wait to come back 💕💕💕

I had the best haircut I’ve ever had with Claudio today! I don’t normally wear my hair down but I love it so much now that I absolutely will! Claudio was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to teach me about the best products, styling techniques and possibilities for my hair. The whole experience felt personal, thoughtful and genuinely educational. I left feeling more confident, excited about my curls and much better equipped to care for them at home. I couldn’t recommend Claudio highly enough, he is truly exceptional. I cannot wait to return and see what we try next time 😊

Hannah is an exceptional hairdresser. She really takes her time to understand exactly what you're after and never makes you feel rushed. Her attention to detail is outstanding, and it's clear she genuinely cares about getting every part of the cut just right. What I appreciated most was that she didn't just give me a great haircut—she also took the time to explain how to style it at home. I couldn't recommend Hannah more highly!
