I originally went in for a Japanese head spa but there was an issue with machine. I was offered a head massage and hair treatment instead. Gabriel was lovely and sweet and I was very relaxed through out my experience and my hair felt great after.I also wear the hijab and the staff where very accommodating with lowering the blinds ect... definitely will be back.

Great experience, had a nice visit to Handsome Jacks Shawlands. Dhanny did a great job with my hair, as it was long overdue for a cut. Very personable had a really nice chat. Will be back again in the new year!

Hi my appointment today with Lauren was great. Myself and my two girls had a shampoo and cut. Lauren was friendly and professional. Lauren listened to our hair concerns and gave advice on future products and styling.

Stephanie is a fantastic hairdresser. I loved my hair from the start, but my parting wasn’t sitting quite right to show off the highlights. I mentioned it to her on the off chance she might have time to add an extra foil, and she kindly brought me back into the salon to sort it. It already looked lovely, but now it’s even better and the cut is perfect too. I’m so happy with the result!

The salon has robust covid protection measures in place which I was very happy 😊 with. Lisa is a lovely person and is also a professional and experienced hairdresser who always gives me tips on styling my hair at home. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Been recommended this place by a couple colleagues. Safe to say it lived up to the hype, Carol did an excellent job trimming and restyling my hair, she was also very lovely and talkative! I also loved her dog Rupert, adorable!

This was my first visit to the salon. It was a cut and blow dry. Came in looking a bit the worse for wear, left on cloud nine. Could not be happier. This is a wonderful salon. Warm welcoming with great attention to detail. As well as a fabulous haircut I came away feeling relaxed and cared for. If you are looking for a professional service with a personal touch I highly recommend this salon.
