first time at the barber room in cardiff was brilliant! super friendly staff and nice atmosphere! sofia cut my hair and did a superb job and achieved what style i was after as well as making her own suggestions and giving her own advice making it an overall pleasant experience! would recommend it to anyone wanting a new style of hair cut! :)

Really impressed with my cut. Sean is a friendly, genuine guy who made me feel welcome straight away and was easy to chat to. He understood exactly what I wanted and used his wide range of skills and knowledge to exceed my expectations. Equally capable with both shorter and longer styles. I’ll definitely be back.

Had a haircut with Richard, absolutely lovely! Very kind and we chatted the whole time. He also asked my preferred pronouns, gave recommendations and more feminine and masculine ways to style my hair and talked about products that would work with my hair type. Very open communication and felt very comfortable. Top recommendations and 100% looking forward to coming back. First hair stylist to truly make me feel comfortable with my hair

This was my first time at Keep the Faith. I was very anxious about going to a new place, and Richard did a great job at keeping my anxiety down. He spoke to me about different things (I'm autistic and terrible at conversations!) And also explained every step of the process, as I was having a completely different hair style to what I'm used to. I'll be returning in 8 weeks, and am really happy with my experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Luxe & Co by Ashley. The environment was instantly welcoming, and the service provided by Ashley was incredibly friendly. Most importantly, I am absolutely thrilled with my haircut! Ashley really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommended.

Excellent- totally new style for me and it was cut beautifully by Sian, would definitely recommend the Salon Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff who make you feel very comfortable 10/10 from me !
