Phoebe spent the time to listen to my daughter who didn't really know what she wanted to be done. Phoebe talked her through everything she was doing giving my daughter help and advise for what to do once she's at home to style and help her grow her hair. Very pleasant and helpful staff. My daughter loved it and is over the world and more than happy with her new hair style. Totally recommended. Fantastic service and price.

Five stars isn’t enough! My hair was crying out for a makeover and Phoebe worked absolute magic. From start to finish, her attention to detail was second to none. She’s an expert at what she does and a complete perfectionist, making sure every section sat perfectly and every detail was just right. I walked in feeling overdue a haircut and walked out feeling like a new woman. My hair looks healthier, fresher and so much easier to manage. Thank you, Phoebe. When you walk through the door you get a warm welcome and staff are very friendly with a great sense of humour, the shop is spotless and you get offered a drink straight away. The staff have got a lovely friendship which makes you feel comfortable when having my hair done I would highly recommend any one to go there. Also was very Christmassy today looked lovely thanks ladies for the warm welcome 🌈🥂x

I had a lovely experience. The salon was very settling and comfortable, music was at the right level and quiet conversations going on between stylists, beauticians and clients. Even though Nat has cut my hair before she was great, she washed and blowaved and straightened my hair for precise cutting. What ever shampoo and conditioner was used I want to know what it is because my hair is so silky and smooth! The salon had a lovely atmosphere (first time here) and it was lovely to have the hair styling area and nail bar areas together for a nice social feel.
