OML absolutely best experience ever! My original hair stylist was on holiday & was so desperate to get my hair done before Christmas & ai found Jay! I’m so glad I did, amazing service from start to finish. Jay stayed promptly, when I arrived the hair was already laid out ready. Jay ensured I s was kept comfortable the whole time! She deffo has got herself a new loyal client 🥰

My experience was excellent the place is big and clean aswell staff are very polite was offered a cup of tea while I have my treatment done which was hair washed blow-dried and cut i was very happy with the service I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Great staff and really connected with community in birmigham. I take my son for father and son hair cut all the time. All the barbers are good so I don’t worry who is cutting me. Respect from Nelson.

Absolutely fantastic clientèle they are very kind and helpful on arrival .The junior shows you to your seat and pays attention to your every needs. zoe has done a fantastic job on colouring and styling my hair I would recommend this young lady as she is a brilliant hairdresser also the front junior staff are very welcoming and also are very polite and helpful .
