Wonderful experience, first time visiting and will definitely be back. One of the best hair dressers I have come across in a very long time. Was really engaged, focused on me 100% took my ideas and then gave me advice of the best way to achieve what i wanted. Such a wonderful thorough cut and blow dry! Next stop will be colour. No question was too big or small for Hayley, she was happy to answer any question, made me feel very confident in her ability.

Chris did an outstanding job on my hair!! I was embarrassed of the state of it as I had just taken out my hair extensions, but he didn’t judge me. Made me feel at ease. And gave me advice what the best thing was to do with my cut and I love the result!! I still feel like I have long but healthy hair and he took the time to style it with a wave too nothing was too much trouble. It was such a welcoming Salon and even other clients said how great my hair looked I feel like a million dollars definitely recommending him!

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. A fabulous blow dry for a wedding I was attending! The big bouncy curls were amazing and lasted all day… my daughter also enjoyed her first blow dry experience, she was thrilled by the end result. I’m sure it will be her first of many!

Fabulous salon, Donna and her team are very welcoming and professional making visits really enjoyable. Advice and discussions about styles, cuts and colours are always given before the hair styling starts. Care and attention to their clients is second to non and you leave feeling a million dollars.

First time having a hair cut by Harps. She was friendly and paid great attention to detail. She really took care in the whole process, from a lovely head massage whilst washing, to checking with me throughout the cut to ensure I was happy and explaining what she was doing. Having been to another hair dresser for the last couple of years who had me washed, cut and blow dried in 20 minutes, it was lovely to have a longer appointment where it really felt Harps was invested in what she was doing.
