Fantastic service! We were greeted and seated promptly, and Amy was very thorough and knowledgeable- my son has very tricky hair, and she did a great job thinning it out and styling it properly. Ricardo is amazing with all types of curls. His been looking after my hair for 4-5 years and I’m a hairdresser myself and trust no body else to give me the perfect curly cut. I have so much hair and it’s extremely curly and unruly, I feel like no one else has the knowledge to know how to handle my hair. I’ve tried a lot of salons and even my own colleagues aren’t as good with curls and it’s never as good as when Ricardo does it. I will never trust anyone else with my curly cut. I highly recommend booking with him✨✨

I had my ultimate WOW treatment and restyle with Tamika today and it was one of the best hair cuts I’ve had in a long time. The service was wonderful and it was an all round relaxing and fun experience. The salon itself is very beautiful and Tamika was so friendly and bubbly and went through a very thorough consult with me and delivered amazing hair. Thank you so much ladies, such a chic environment that still felt very warm and welcoming. I would recommend to anyone and I’ll be sure to come back for regular treatments and haircuts when I need.

Amazing service as always. I came back for a balayage refresh since my last appointment in May 2023. My quality of the balayage was topnotch that I didn't feel the need to refresh since the regrowth blended in so well even after many months. Yasu's detailed consults allowed me to just fully relax during the appointment since I knew he'll get me the results I wanted. The whole appointment was relaxing - from the drinks service, to hair washes and head massages, and to the final styling. I will come back to Hair collection Tokyo over and over again for this level of service and balayage quality.

As usual, tonight I experienced the most professional, friendly & expert service I have ever received from a hairdresser (love my pastel pink). Jess & team go above & beyond to please, & in the 3 years I have attended the beautiful salons Jess owns, I have always left with a big smile on my face & loving my hair. Whilst I am at the salon I see some amazing hair colours & styling generated. Even more amazing is the low cost. I am usually a hairdresser ‘shopper’ but not any more -I haven’t been anywhere else since starting to see Jess & her team. Thank you Jess and co, you are truly amazing!
