It was my first time at Mellyz Beauty Studio and I had such a great experience. I was welcomed by friendly staff. Samu, who did my hair was amazing - so friendly, and gentle with my hair. From detangling to washing and creating neat beautiful wig lines, everything was done with so much care. I’m a super happy new customer and will definitely be coming back!

I’ve had an amazing experience at this salon both times I’ve visited. The service is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Their communication is on point, which makes everything so easy and stress-free. What really stands out for me is how comfortable they make my daughter feel—she doesn’t cry at all and actually gets excited for her hair appointments! That says everything about the care and patience they show with kids. Highly recommend!

Got beautiful feedback about how my hair has grown since my last visit and honestly that made me so happy because it was really damaged and since being back at Natural hair lounge it’s not only seating down and getting your hair done, it’s also you and your hairstylist discussing how to treat your hair better and I took that advice and applied it daily. I got my hair treated and then a gorgeous protective hairstyle done by Veronica. Absolutely loved the look and looking forward to trying new hairstyles.

The ladies create such a calm environment. Really enjoyed the music selection as well, especially at the low volume they maintain. It feels so good to be back home, my hair is so happy , I come in looking scruffy and walked out looking and feeling so good and so refreshed. I can’t wait for my next treatment appointment because the head massage I received during my wash and conditioning session left me wanting to doze off… the vibes and girl talks are always a vibe but if you are not a talker the playlist is always on point. Phumzile ans Nkosy were fantastic! It was my daughters first salon visit and both our first at natural hair lounge. These ladies were welcoming and kind.
