As always I say this everytime Ellen goes above and beyond with me and my hair making sure it’s how I want and like it without damaging my hair giving the best tips and options but still listening and knowing what I want! Had my laser hair removal patch test with Emma. She carefully explained the process including the benefits and the risks. And took her time to assess how best to deliver the treatment in my sessions after the patch test has been ok. So looking forward to getting the sessions underway now!
