I was so apprehensive having my brows done for the first time, having barely any, but Lena was fantastic. She listened to exactly what I wanted and took it step by step checking at each point I was comfortable. The result is natural, but I can’t believe the difference having brows makes! I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

From the moment we arrived, Tara was so welcoming, warm, and professional — she made us feel completely at ease. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and she took great care to ensure we were both comfortable throughout. Our pedicures turned out beautifully, and the whole experience felt like a real treat.
