I had an incredible experience with Genevieve!! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique was both gentle and effective — I could literally feel the tension and heaviness melt away during the lymphatic drainage massage. She took time to explain everything and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed. I can’t recommend her enough!!!

I would say 10/10. Been to many massage therapists and 100s of massage sessions before visiting to Gen at Muscle & Mind. Prior sessions were good but not great as one with Gen at Muscle & Mind. She really does know her job very well. Initial consultation before session in beginning does help a lot to explain yourself that what results you are looking for and where your body is struggling. Then on massage table she does an amazing job. The pressure she applies is bliss. Overall I had an amazing massage and relief. It was beautiful and a very healing experience. Regards to Gen

I struggle with jaw/neck/back tension from postural problems and stress, and until now I haven't been able to find anyone local who understands and treats it effectively. Genevieve is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I've had one session so far and my neck mobility is better, I've stopped getting shooting pains in my head and my anxiety has improved. Would definitely recommend if you're feeling burnt out.
