Fantastic experience 💯 recommend. The Japanese Hair Spa I absolutely love and I had box braids put in on this my 4th appointment. Absolutely over the moon with the results. I won’t be going anywhere else for my hair care needs. The team here is so professional and can’t do enough to make me feel welcome and spoilt. My son also came in for dreadlocks and the result was just perfect.

I had a full head of hair extensions and a Japanese Head Spa Session. The lovely owner Chris made me feel so welcome and pampered. My extensions are beautifully put in to a professional standard and I’m so happy with the results that I won’t be going to any other person for my hair needs from now on. The Japanese Head Spar Session all I can say is wow ,absolutely fantastic. I felt so relaxed I can’t remember the last time I felt this way. Amazing lady, 1st class service ,HIGHLY RECOMMEND and very reasonably priced I have already booked for my next Japanese Spar Session it was that good 😀

Today I was booked in for a one hour massage with Sarah. I was quite sore before I went in and had lots of knots but now I feel so much better. She really works those knots and uses different amounts of pressure to make sure they are gone but without causing pain. Really impressed 5 stars from me

Frist impressions when you walk in to the bespoke built therapy space are of calmness, cosiness and serenity. Lisa instantly makes you feel at ease; she is kind, friendly and professional. I had the bruccal facial because I have TMJ and have suffered lock jaw a couple of times. This was completely new to me but it was a wonderful experience. Lisa explained everything and talked me through each technique prior to carrying it out. I have learned techniques to relieve jaw/joint pressure which I can do myself each. It was also a very relaxing experience too.

Needed my lashes infilled badly and Lisa made space for me last minute. So grateful now I have lovely lashes for my holiday.

A lovely relaxing spa atmosphere. Sarah is friendly and listens to exactly what you want in the treatment. Best massage around! Highly recommend.

My experience was really fantastic at the spa then when I have got my hair done by the wonderful stuff and i would go there again then and perfect job with hairs

My 11 year old had twist locs put in and he had the full spa wash and steam treatment, he loved it from start to finish. He was absolutely over the moon and the locs are so neat. Really welcoming staff and they sell their own line of products to care and treat hair after styling. I bought the full box so am confident in maintaining his hair, will be back when needs the relock doing. Couldn’t recommend more. The products softened his hair and scalp because he even said he felt no pain whatsoever unlike when I do his hair..
