Anna was so professional and friendly, I had a back massage (which was perfect pressure), facial with extraction and foot massage, I added a dermaplane onto the package - the whole thing was amazing, I feel so chilled and relaxed just what I needed. I will be again soon, such a beautiful place, so welcoming and warm.

I had the winter warmer deluxe package with Amy today. The total experience was bliss. The back massage was needed to unlock the tension in my shoulders and the facial / scalp massage was divine. Thank you Amy 🤍

Clair is amazing at what she does and I would 100% recommend!! I felt so relaxed from the moment I met clair, she is funny, caring and such a lovely person. Her space is so calming and inviting and also so clean. I always leave feeling great and look forward to my next session.

Sarah is just delightful. Rooms immaculate and the treatments so exquisite. Noulbam is the only beauty place I trust in Wirral . I always enjoy my treatments even the small necessary ones.

I got the silver party package for my friends birthday and from the booking to the experience it was brilliant. Noubalm in Oxton was extremely clean and very calm with polite and welcoming staff. Mia who did my facial and Indian head massage was amazing. Both experiences was 10/10, The BEST spa experience I have had. Very relaxing and would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed The spring uplift package I recieved today from Sara, I arrived feeling rather stressed but felt so relaxed afterwards. I also added on a Reiki session, wow just wow, I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I would highly recommend these services to anyone but highly recommend Sara her Reiki skills are special. All the staff are lovely I was made to feel very welcome. Thank you so very much.

Today i enjoyed the new uplifting package done by the beautiful Amy.. As always the hole experience was delightful.. Amy always makes me feel at ease and very comfortable in any treatment I have. She is the best..

1st time having dermaplaning, Lynne was so lovely had the room all set up all cosy felt like I was walking into a spa.
